Requirements
- Active enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field)
- Interest in HR experience (healthcare or medical device industry ideal)
- Initial HR or related experience is a plus, not required
- Motivated team player, willingness to learn, positive mindset
- Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities
- High professionalism, reliability, and discretion
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Interest in recruiting, employee experience, HR processes
Tasks
- Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee documentation
- Assist in preparing employment contracts
- Prepare reference letters and certificates
- Contribute to onboarding new employees
- Organize onboarding process for new hires
- Take ownership of smaller HR projects
- Improve HR processes
- Support People & Culture initiatives
- Plan internal events
- Execute engagement activities
- Develop HR processes
- Implement HR tools
