Requirements
- •Completed study degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- •Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace environment
- •Several years of experience and profound knowledge in mechanical design and integration
- •Experience in using CATIA V5, Windchill, SAP
- •Profound hydraulics knowledge
- •Experience in collaborating with and/or coordinating suppliers
- •Business fluent English and good German skills
- •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

- •Design and develop mechanical flight control systems
- •Support serial activities in hydraulics and actuators for helicopters
- •Provide constructive support throughout the product life cycle
- •Conduct mechanical design and integration using CATIA V5
- •Utilize metallic materials for flight control kinematics
- •Integrate mechanical flight control systems and hydraulics in helicopters
- •Execute assembly and integration studies
- •Create detailed constructions and documents in CATIA V5 & VPM
- •Realize 2D drawings based on 3D studies
- •Validate drawings produced by subcontractors
- •Supervise and guide subcontractors
- •Perform kinematics analyses in CATIA V5
- •Approve construction documents in SAP or Windchill
- •Contribute to design and construction documentation
- •Develop maintenance concepts and documentation
- •Implement changes to design and production documents
- •Support treatment of production non-conformities
- •Contribute to continued airworthiness and major incident treatment
- •Collaborate with architects and various engineering teams
- •Work with international suppliers on development and maintenance
