- •Master's student in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- •Bachelor's degree completed
- •Background in semiconductor devices or circuit design
- •Experience with electrical characterization techniques
- •Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools
- •Knowledge of thermal effects in semiconductor devices
- •Familiarity with advanced transistor technologies (FinFET, Gate All Around FET)
- •Experience with AC-DC mixed methods or pulsed measurement techniques
- •Understanding of circuit modeling and simulation
- •Experimental design and data analysis
- •Circuit simulation and modeling
- •Semiconductor device characterization
- •Self-motivated research abilities
