Requirements

  • •Master's student in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • •Bachelor's degree completed
  • •Background in semiconductor devices or circuit design
  • •Experience with electrical characterization techniques
  • •Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools
  • •Knowledge of thermal effects in semiconductor devices
  • •Familiarity with advanced transistor technologies (FinFET, Gate All Around FET)
  • •Experience with AC-DC mixed methods or pulsed measurement techniques
  • •Understanding of circuit modeling and simulation
  • •Experimental design and data analysis
  • •Circuit simulation and modeling
  • •Semiconductor device characterization
