- •Very good C++ programming skills

- •Experience in Computer Vision
- •Experience with the frameworks OpenCV and Eigen is advantageous
Tasks
- •Explore stereo capture and laser triangulation
- •Familiarize yourself with a specialized depth camera and its output data structure
- •Enhance the setup with a laser line for improved geometry capture
- •Perform full system calibration
- •Develop algorithms to integrate stereo and laser methods
- •Use coarse 3D models from stereo reconstruction for planning high-resolution laser scans
- •Evaluate results for accuracy, robustness, and runtime on representative datasets
- •Iteratively improve the setup and algorithms
