  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in advisory or sales role
  • Experience with P&l KPI

  • Proven track-record developing clients / RM collaborations
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales-oriented environment
  • Passion for financial markets
  • Broad understanding of various asset classes
  • In-depth expertise in at least one financial market area
  • Advanced knowledge of Structured Products
  • Knowledge of Structured Products design, pricing, and application
  • Ability to analyse client situations
  • Ability to identify client needs
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Skilled in simplifying complex concepts
  • Skilled in creating engaging advisory materials
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in VBA
  • Ability to apply technical skills to analyse and solve complex problems
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Contribute to book growth, focusing on Swiss German markets
  • Provide expert advice on tailored investment solutions
  • Identify and develop innovative investment strategies
  • Design, price, and launch structured products
  • Manage product rollovers and offer replacements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in desk meetings
  • Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers
  • Develop marketing materials showcasing investment ideas
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and post-sale support
