Requirements
- Master’s degree with a background in Finance
- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Fluency in German and English
- At least 10-12 years of financial services experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Sound understanding of the Swiss private banking market
- Strong and natural interest in financial markets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Client-oriented and solution-oriented
- Superior investment acumen and solid network of clients
- Good understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework
- Strong collaboration skills with a positive approach
- Professional integrity
- Ability to manage resources effectively

- Timely follow up and completion of Key Risk Indicators
Tasks
- Identify and develop relationships with HNW/UHNWIs, Family Offices, Foundations, and Pension Funds
- Acquire new clients aligned with the bank's business proposition
- Grow existing business relationships to increase assets under management
- Balance client relationships, prospecting, investment growth, and compliance
- Plan and manage resources effectively for optimal business operations
- Recommend suitable investment products and services based on client objectives
- Review client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment goals and risk profiles
- Collaborate with Investment Managers to discuss financial goals and market conditions
- Act as the Accountable Client Owner for all AML aspects of client relationships
- Maintain relationships with management teams and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Work closely with other functions to deliver Deutsche Bank's value proposition
- Support business growth strategies and contribute to team performance
- Participate in client social events and marketing activities
- Complete Key Risk Indicators and periodic KYC reviews in a timely manner
- Document call reports summarizing discussions and required follow-ups
- Build and maintain client relationships from initiation to closure
