Requirements
- Masters degree in Finance
- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or MBA
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Spanish language skills desirable
- 10-12 years industry experience covering Brazilian UHNW clients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Superior investment acumen
- Solid client network in target market
- Good understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework
- Strong collaboration skills

- Willingness and ability to develop other staff
Tasks
- Serve as the primary client contact for wealth management capabilities
- Partner with Investment Managers for daily client planning and servicing
- Acquire new clients aligned with the bank's business proposition
- Grow existing client relationships and assets
- Ensure a high-standard client experience
- Identify, develop, and maintain HNW/UHNW relationships
- Increase wallet share and assets under management
- Generate Net New Assets and revenue for your books
- Balance client relationships, prospect building, and investment growth
- Manage administrative compliance and personal development
- Plan and manage resources for optimal business operations
- Recommend suitable investment products and services
- Review client portfolios to align with investment objectives
- Discuss financial goals and risk tolerance with clients
- Research and analyze market conditions
- Provide bank views on investment types
- Recommend asset allocation strategies
- Explain how recommendations benefit or hinder investment objectives
- Act as Accountable Client Owner for AML aspects
- Manage KYC and account behavior
- Establish and maintain relationships with management teams
- Inform management of circumstances requiring supervisory attention
- Collaborate with coverage, product, and support functions
- Leverage other DB divisions to deliver value
- Support business growth strategy and plans
- Contribute to a high-performing team
- Participate in client social events and marketing activities
- Follow up on Key Risk Indicators
- Complete periodic KYC reviews
- Address document deficiencies
- Submit cross-border travel/meeting call reports
- Conduct portfolio reviews
- Maintain awareness of local compliance and regulatory requirements
- Document quality notes in Call Reports
- Summarize prospect/client discussions and required actions
- Schedule follow-up calls
- Build and maintain existing client relationships
- Manage the entire client relationship process
