Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience at a digital agency in multiple strategy roles
  • •Deep expertise in business strategy, consulting, and digital transformation
  • •Experience in an international environment, including international accounts
  • •Strong track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • •Experience working across complex, matrixed environments
  • •Ability to bridge the gap between creative, media, technology, and business consulting
  • •Experience with leading €XM+ accounts from a strategy perspective
  • •Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on growth enablement
  • •Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
