Tasks
- Lead digital projects and provide technology and process perspectives
- Improve automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the customer journey
- Shape Hyundai’s mobility ecosystem through innovation, AI, and process excellence
- Lead strategic digital transformation projects in mobility, vehicle subscription, and sales infrastructure
- Drive automation and optimization of sales, financial, and operational processes in European markets
- Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Lead initiatives for ERP enhancements, e-invoicing, payment infrastructure, and financial automation
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Analyze business processes to identify cost reduction, revenue growth, and productivity improvement opportunities
- Ensure seamless data flows, system integration, security, and compliance across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Act as project lead for strategic infrastructure enhancements supporting all sales channels
- Develop management reporting and business insights for data-driven decision-making
- Manage strategic partnerships with e-commerce, banking, insurance, and technology providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the long-term digital roadmap
