Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, digital customer journeys, and incentive structures
- Experience managing high-velocity sales environments and scaling commercial initiatives
- Proven expertise in sales performance management, KPI development, and customer retention programs
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in sales reporting, performance analysis, and business case evaluation
- Experience designing incentive and commission models for performance improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership in international environments
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with commercial mindset
- Results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Fluent English; French, Italian, or Spanish advantageous
Tasks
- Optimize sales performance and customer conversion
- Ensure seamless customer journey from lead generation to subscription
- Bridge Sales, Operations, CRM, and Product teams
- Analyze and process strategic information and tactics
- Guarantee tool usage and process implementation for sales performance
- Align brand and sales force strategies
- Establish performance indicators and analyses
- Support decision-making through KPI analysis
- Identify opportunities and prepare business reviews
- Optimize territorial location of the sales force
- Participate in sales force impact projects
- Own commercial performance of direct sales channels
- Drive customer retention initiatives
- Develop strategies to reduce voluntary churn
- Improve customer lifetime value
- Analyze sales funnel performance
- Identify conversion, efficiency, and customer experience improvements
- Design onboarding and training programs for external sales agents
- Develop sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Create sales enablement materials
- Optimize incentive and commission structures
- Act as product expert for Hyundai Connected Mobility offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove sales barriers
- Develop stakeholder reporting and performance dashboards
- Lead regional projects to improve sales processes
- Support commercial partnerships and initiatives
