Requirements
- •Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- •Initial experience in planning, controlling, or consulting
- •Understanding of performance metrics and Excel skills
- •Strong analytical skills and personal accountability
- •Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
- •Very good German or English skills
- •Basic knowledge of SQL and Looker Studio

Tasks
- •Plan key business metrics including revenue, return rates, and discounts
- •Calculate contribution margins across various planning cycles
- •Derive and communicate monthly targets from the annual business plan
- •Coordinate with Merchandise Planning and Pricing teams for optimal management
- •Monitor business and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
- •Prepare cross-team ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards
- •Develop and automate planning and reporting processes
- •Evaluate innovative campaign formats and revenue measures before launch
- •Analyze deviations in KPIs to drive corrective actions
- •Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders in marketing and logistics
