- 1–3 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or similar

- Own and improve financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models
- Define and evolve KPI framework
- Prepare monthly investor and management reports
- Derive actionable insights from reports
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses
- Support key strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Finance Director and leadership on growth
- Collaborate with Finance Director and leadership on profitability
- Collaborate with Finance Director and leadership on strategic initiatives
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Proactively recommend actions
- Support fundraising activities
- Support investor reporting
- Support board materials
- Act as finance business partner to Sales
- Act as finance business partner to Marketing
- Act as finance business partner to Operations
- Support budget owners in steering performance
- Support budget owners in making data-driven decisions
- Translate financial data into recommendations
- Provide clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
