Requirements

  • •Experience in operations, logistics, consulting, partnerships, or fast-paced environments
  • •Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
  • •Hands-on, entrepreneurial, 80/20 mentality
  • •Analytical and comfortable with data, including Google Sheets, SQL is a plus
  • •Structured, organized, detail-oriented work style
  • •Clear and confident communication across teams and seniority levels
  • •Fluency in English, Dutch or French is a strong plus
  • •Curiosity about fulfillment operations, carrier networks, 3PLs, and scaling operational processes

Tasks

  • •Build and grow Hive’s partner landscape
  • •Manage delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners in the Netherlands
  • •Negotiate contracts and oversee the partner journey
  • •Lead regular business reviews with partners
  • •Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners
  • •Monitor partner SLAs, transit times, and service levels
  • •Identify risks early and create action plans
  • •Prepare data-driven insights for negotiations
  • •Ensure smooth daily operations with delivery partners
  • •Maintain and refine SOPs and workflows
  • •Collaborate with Customer Support, BD, Tech, and Account Management
  • •Support special projects and operational improvements
  • •Identify new partnership opportunities in the Netherlands
