Requirements

  • 1–3 years commercial, sales, analytics, consulting, or client-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, social sciences, or related field
  • Interest in or exposure to consumer goods, services, or adjacent industries
  • Exposure to Market Research, Analytics & Insights, Consulting, or SaaS (plus)
  • Fluent German and English, comfortable in professional client environment
  • Commercial mindset and motivation to grow in sales role
  • Ability to structure problems and translate data into client-relevant messages
  • Curiosity and strong interest in data, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making

Tasks

  • Identify and shape client opportunities
  • Drive the sales process from initial conversations to closing
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Contribute to revenue targets
  • Support opportunity prioritization and forecasting
  • Engage with client stakeholders in meetings
  • Support commercial conversations
  • Build professional relationships with clients
  • Develop opportunities in consumer goods and services
  • Position SA&I solutions across the brand and product life cycle
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
  • Work with Customer Success and internal teams
  • Scope solutions and develop proposals
  • Support successful client outcomes
