Requirements

  • Accountability for self and support teams
  • Existing network in public and private defence sector

Tasks

  • Develop a growth strategy for Germany Defence clients
  • Cultivate C-Level executive relationships within aligned organizations
  • Create an ecosystem strategy to enhance Red Hat’s customer value proposition
  • Translate Red Hat’s sales strategy into a relevant defence strategy
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Defence team on strategic initiatives
  • Build value propositions using knowledge of relevant use cases and offerings
  • Identify and deliver upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Co-create Success and Growth Plans with Defence Industry account teams
  • Execute strategies to increase bookings performance and customer success
  • Support complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy with key regional partners
  • Represent Red Hat in associations like bitkom and AFCEA
