Strategic Account Executive - Life Sciences & Pharma(m/w/x)
Driving growth within global Life Sciences & Pharma enterprises, cultivating strategic relationships for value-driven sales. 8+ years consulting or SaaS sales experience required. Restricted Stock Units, 24 weeks paid parental leave.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience, ideally spanning Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or proven track record in either domain
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business/IT stakeholders and engage effectively at C-level
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key processes and KPIs in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry (Finance, Supply Chain)
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Adaptability to fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
Tasks
- Drive growth within large global enterprises in Life Sciences & Pharma
- Create and cultivate strategic relationships for value-driven sales
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Germany and Austria
- Generate new business opportunities with existing customers
- Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Navigate complex organizational structures to close sales
- Collaborate with partners like consulting firms and SaaS vendors
- Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases
- Focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and industry-specific use cases
- Hold an individual revenue target for six-seven-figure deals
- Orchestrate virtual teams for complex sales cycles
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles to successful closure
- Expand existing customer relationships through land-and-expand model
- Engage cross-line-of-business at all levels
