Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Life Science or related field
  • Vast experience in nurturing large accounts, managing vendors and distributors, technical expertise, and business development
  • Technical aptitude for selling complex silicone raw materials
  • Solid experience in a matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership across functions
  • Good understanding of business development practices
  • Excellent English writing, presentation, and speaking skills
  • Additional European language (French preferred)
  • Experience with life sciences, technology, or science-related company
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with value-based sales methodology

Tasks

  • Manage sales, business development, and customer accounts in biomaterials & advanced technology industries
  • Identify opportunities for significant growth
  • Assess and meet customer needs by partnering with internal teams
  • Build deep customer relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with medical device producers and advanced technology companies
  • Analyze markets and customers to prioritize opportunities
  • Demonstrate NuSil product portfolio with a solution-based focus
  • Develop account plans and gain internal stakeholder support
  • Build internal and external networks to drive strategy execution
  • Understand customer processes, applications, and quality attributes
  • Communicate customer technology product requirements to internal teams
  • Establish forecasts and deliver the annual budget
  • Implement and manage pipeline sales opportunities
  • Support customers with material problem-solving
  • Respond to the competitive environment and initiatives
  • Orchestrate cross-functional team support to convert new opportunities
  • Negotiate customer contracts
