- Control store expenses and meet the budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Guarantee excellent client satisfaction and service
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events
- Promote a private appointment culture
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit
- Ensure the team is updated on Prada Group information
- Recruit top talent through networking and scouting
- Develop a sales strategy with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales
- Provide product feedback based on store needs
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house
- Enforce company procedures on cash, inventory, and logistics
- Cooperate with the Retail Events Office for local events
- Define and propose challenging client targets
- Identify new opportunities for local events with stakeholders and influencers
