Tasks

• •Support the Store Manager in running the boutique
• •Cultivate customer relationships on the shop floor

• •Collaborate with the Store Manager to set specific, actionable goals
• •Assist in organizing events and trunk shows to attract new customers

• •Interpret the Brunello Cucinelli style for the boutique
• •Maximize team sales performance and report missed opportunities
• •Manage and motivate the team in daily activities
• •Promote respect and collaboration among team members
• •Cooperate with the stock department during inventories
• •Ensure adherence to retail operations procedures
