Tasks

• •Manage, develop, and coach assistant managers and employees
• •Conduct career and employee appraisals
• •Record sick notes for the team
• •Onboard new employees and organize training courses
• •Implement floor management and model the company's attitude
• •Manage recruitment and develop hiring strategies
• •Achieve monthly and annual sales and growth targets
• •Analyze retail KPIs like IPT, AVB, and conversion rates
• •Derive sales activities to increase store performance
• •Develop and maximize sales potential
• •Maintain visual merchandising standards and implement updates
• •Ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor
• •Create and communicate reports to internal departments
• •Track and ensure overall store profitability
• •Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer focus
• •Evaluate customer feedback to improve service quality
• •Create staff schedules and daily deployment plans
• •Coordinate employee zoning on the store floor
• •Perform inventories to ensure goods availability
• •Manage goods from receipt to storage and returns
• •Handle tester management and write-offs
• •Oversee store opening, closing, and cash register procedures
• •Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
• •Ensure store operations follow audit rules
• •Participate in retail projects with area managers
• •Foster strong relationships with business partners
