- Manage and coordinate daily store operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Implement effective zoning for shop floor coverage
- Maintain company standards for shop floor, BOH, and sales staff
- Train team members in customer service according to Welcome to Karl program
- Provide feedback on team members' performance
- Lead by example to drive sales and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with Karl Lagerfeld guidelines
- Handle POS transactions, stock, and back-of-house tasks
- Maintain stock in good condition and fully replenished
- Plan and execute merchandise calendar, campaigns, and promotions
- Use interior signage correctly and ensure accurate pricing and displays
- Maintain a hazard-free store environment
- Communicate head office directives to store staff
- Analyze and summarize information to improve performance
- Prepare sales and customer relations reports
- Forecast business to meet sales goals
- Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores
- Motivate and recognize team potential and development opportunities
- Develop and coach employees through performance and development plans
