  • •Expertise in SAP IBP, Palantir (Skywise) or similar
  • •Solid coding skills in Python and/or SQL

  • •Stakeholder validation and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • •Positive mindset and global team collaboration
  • •English language skills at negotiation level

  • •Perform complex analyses and simulations
  • •Derive business insights for policy improvements
  • •Develop advanced forecasting and simulation methods
  • •Merge statistical, commercial, and technical data
  • •Manage the annual stocking policy governance process
  • •Facilitate and implement policy governance outcomes
  • •Lead cross-functional negotiations with Product Management and Finance
  • •Present policy proposals to the leadership team
  • •Monitor KPIs and policy adjustment performance
  • •Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders
