- Determine required resources, work plan, budget, and timing
- Develop and control project deadlines and budgets
- Apply change, risk, and resource management
- Resolve higher scope issues in projects
- Assess program strengths and identify improvement areas
- Ensure goals are met for customer satisfaction and team performance
- Implement changes to achieve project goals
- Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders
- Produce accurate and timely program status reports
- Analyze program risks
- Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols and reports for sterilization processes
