Description

As a Sterilization Program Manager, you will oversee a variety of sterilization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements

• •At least 3 years of project management experience
• •Good understanding of medical device sterilization validation and processes
• •Leadership skills: Communicator, Organizer, Influential, Action Planner, Self-Motivated, Implementer
• •Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Strong organization, planning and time management skills
• •Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• •Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
• •Availability to work remotely with low supervision
• •Scientific or engineering degree in Science, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, or equivalent
• •Proficient Project Management Skills
• •Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro
• •Quality System experience from Medical Device, IVD or Pharma background
• •Experience in microbiology or sterilization techniques and processes

Tasks

• •Lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles

• •Plan and develop project scope and deliverables
• •Determine required resources, work plan, budget, and timing
• •Develop and control project deadlines and budgets

• •Resolve higher scope issues in projects

• •Ensure goals are met for customer satisfaction and team performance

• •Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders
• •Produce accurate and timely program status reports
• •Analyze program risks
• •Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols and reports for sterilization processes
