- Drive process efficiencies and reduce airport costs
- Analyze performance data to suggest improvements
- Review activities for compliance with authority requirements
- Deliver new ground product initiatives and concepts
- Propose ideas for new airport products
- Maintain TUI standards for consistent customer experience
- Implement digitalized Ground Operations services in airports
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on suppliers
- Identify opportunities for operational change and improvement
- Execute improvement programmes for third-party suppliers
- Educate suppliers based on performance monitoring results
- Investigate Safety Reports and Non-Conformances
- Improve procedures to prevent recurring safety events
