Requirements

  • •BS or higher in Engineering or related technical field
  • •Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in automation, process control, or digital manufacturing
  • •Proven record of leading automation and/or data infrastructure projects
  • •Strong experience with Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Ignition, or other level 2/3 systems
  • •Expertise in data integration, capture, and historization systems
  • •Familiarity with IT/OT infrastructure including Virtualization, VLANs, network segregation, and cybersecurity
  • •Demonstrated leadership in change management and stakeholder alignment
  • •Biopharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
  • •Demonstrated involvement in digital transformation or connected manufacturing programs
  • •Working in a FDA/EMA regulated industry
  • •Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • •Ability to translate technical objectives into business outcomes
  • •Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • •Self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • •Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • •Travel frequently to provide on-site leadership and support project execution

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead automation and data projects from concept to user adoption
  • •Own technical delivery of SCADA, DCS, MES, and data capture systems
  • •Design and deploy data collection architectures for secure data flow
  • •Champion change management and ensure stakeholder adoption of digital solutions
  • •Define and enforce system design and data management standards
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • •Manage vendors and system integrators to meet technical specifications
  • •Drive the Connected Plant strategy to enhance data visibility
  • •Travel frequently to provide on-site leadership and training
