Requirements
- •Minimum 5 years of project execution for complex computerized systems
- •Proven experience with Siemens PCS7
- •Experience in Automation, Hardware design, Software Design, PLC technology
- •Knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR part11 and validation
- •Proven project execution skills including document development and software implementation
- •Knowledge of active directory, DNS, IP networks and virtualization
- •Knowledge and understanding of ISA 95 and ISA 88 standards
- •Experience in cGxP qualification
- •Experience in support of multi-site projects
- •Fluency in written and spoken English; German proficiency is an advantage

- •Drive architecture setup and development of the Process Control System (PCS)
- •Standardize PCS implementations
- •Design system architecture for PCS solutions
- •Set up hardware and software for PCS
- •Commission and start up PCS solutions
- •Validate software and hardware components
- •Ensure PCS compliance with site standards and regulatory requirements
- •Maintain and support PCS functionality and availability
- •Resolve issues to ensure business continuity
- •Manage controlled changes to the PCS
- •Provide ongoing technical expertise for PCS throughout its lifecycle
