- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Clear, open, and concise communication in English

- Advanced experience with modern DevOps best practices
- Advanced experience with modern infrastructure best practices
- Advanced experience with modern security best practices
- Daily use of Docker
- Daily use of Git
- Daily use of modern security protocols (JWT, OAuth2)
- Experience driving "Shift Left" security maturity (highly desirable)
- Experience driving DevOps maturity (highly desirable)
- Experience in utilizing AI/ML tools or platforms to enhance software development processes
- Background in the financial industry (significant advantage)
- Background in developing highly regulated software products (significant advantage)
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience in solving large-scale engineering problems
Tasks
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams
- Drive technical strategy and vision
- Ensure systems are robust and scalable
- Partner with Tribe leadership to define technical roadmap
- Align engineering efforts with business goals
- Design complex, cross-cutting distributed systems
- Ensure microservices architecture is resilient and maintainable
- Mentor Senior Engineers

- Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies
- Champion modern software practices
- Set standards for software delivery
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Security, and DevOps
- Bridge business requirements and technical execution
- Treat security and observability as priorities

- Lead critical zero-to-one projects
