- •Bootstrap new product lines from zero to one
- •Translate strategic visions into technical architectures
- •Build and hand off production-ready MVPs
- •Unblock mission-critical projects through short-term embedding
- •Diagnose and resolve complex technical root causes
- •Tackle high-impact technical debt and systemic bottlenecks
- •Improve internal tooling and framework acceleration
- •Hire and lead small, high-performance engineering teams
- •Provide light mentorship and technical direction
- •Manage priorities and execution with radical autonomy
- •Align technical decisions with key business outcomes
- •Write clear RFCs and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
