Requirements

  • •Strong experience in building and deploying machine learning models
  • •Deep statistical and modelling knowledge for complex experimentation design
  • •Strong understanding of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms and Terraform
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Design and implement machine learning models for personalized user recommendations
  • •Optimize performance, engagement, and conversion in gaming user acquisition
  • •Build and enhance incentive reward structures to motivate and retain users
  • •Improve in-app return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • •Collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to enhance data structures
  • •Increase data visibility and traceability
  • •Establish technical best practices, including documentation and data product ownership
  • •Create measurement plans and experimentation frameworks
  • •Define and implement KPIs that align team output with business goals
  • •Ensure every model, dashboard, and analysis has a clear purpose and outcome
  • •Mentor and support data scientists and analytics engineers
  • •Drive high standards and facilitate effective team scaling
