Requirements

• •6+ years Data Engineering experience
• •Strong Python skills for pipelines
• •Strong SQL and query optimization
• •Experience with event-driven data pipelines
• •Expertise with Airflow
• •Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
• •Cloud platform experience
• •Infrastructure-as-code experience
• •K8S and Docker containerization skills
• •Data quality mindset
• •Understanding of data for AI
• •Awareness of data privacy requirements
• •AI-enabled engineering practices
• •Track record of coaching engineers
• •Exposure to ML platforms
• •Hands-on ML experience
• •Experience with Segment.io or similar
• •Advanced data modeling skills
• •Advanced privacy engineering skills
• •Domain knowledge in regulated industries

Tasks

• •Build and maintain ingestion pipelines
• •Deliver analytics-ready tables to cloud warehouses
• •Design complex data models with proper layering
• •Manage GCP resources and cloud infrastructure
• •Provision environments using Terraform
• •Ensure platform scalability and cost-efficiency
• •Build data quality monitoring and alerting systems
• •Implement privacy and GDPR compliance controls
• •Prepare governed datasets for ML and AI
• •Build feature pipelines for model training
