Tasks
- Build and maintain Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Participate as a solution architect in new projects
- Deeply analyze and strategize project implementations
- Oversee implementation across all technology stacks
- Align solutions with backend and web teams
- Advance the technology stack across all teams
- Lead technical discussions within the team
- Guide architectural alignment
- Set and enforce coding standards
- Review team pull requests
- Mentor other engineers on the team
- Empower the team to deliver mission-critical features
- Contribute to architectural decisions across multiple stacks
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Testers
- Collaborate with Backend and Web development teams
- Introduce new technologies and tools for productivity
- Implement processes to enhance product quality
- Debug performance and reliability issues across stacks
