- •Expertise in React, TypeScript, and CSS
- •Experience in website performance optimization
- •Understanding of API design principles
- •Working knowledge of Node.js
- •Ability to implement testing strategies

- •Guide the team through complex technical challenges
- •Break down large projects into manageable tasks
- •Ensure timely delivery of quality e-commerce features
- •Mentor and coach frontend and QA engineers
- •Partner with the Product Lead to align engineering with business goals
- •Act as the primary technical contact for the team
- •Coordinate backend architecture and API schemas with other Tech Leads
- •Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the website
- •Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
- •Align technical strategy with the overall App and Web vision
- •Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and application performance
- •Collaborate with operations to ensure high availability
- •Maintain the long-term health of the technology stack
- •Interview and onboard new engineering talent
- •Research and propose new technologies to improve efficiency
- •Identify and prioritize technical debt with the Product Lead
