Requirements

  • Extensive experience in systems architecture, integration, and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, penetration testing methodologies, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with shipbuilding processes and OT technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Tasks

  • Design and implement shipboard Operational Technology (OT) systems architecture
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of systems
  • Oversee system configuration and integration across multiple platforms
  • Optimize performance of critical systems for new builds
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle management processes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with E26 and E27 classification society regulations
  • Establish processes for monitoring, detection, and response
  • Serve as the liaison between shipyard vendors and regulatory agencies
  • Coordinate penetration testing activities and drive remediation plans
  • Partner with GIS and security teams for vulnerability assessments
  • Implement security configurations for OT systems
  • Contribute to security architectures and risk mitigation strategies
  • Act as the central point of contact for coordination among teams
  • Support project planning and execution within budget constraints
