Tasks
- Apply biostatistical methods to clinical trials and data management
- Plan, design, analyze, and report statistical data
- Adhere to project, organizational, and regulatory standards
- Provide statistical support to project teams, quality auditors, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development, publishing, and reporting of project data
- Lead and develop a team of statisticians and SAS Programmers
- Perform statistical analyses and guide programmers
- Interpret and translate results into biomedical terms
- Prepare statistical data for reports and research papers
- Collaborate with the Director of Academic Research
- Convert biometrical trial technologies into scientific processes
- Present new findings in publishable formats
- Offer statistical expertise and guidance throughout project life cycle
- Ensure data management aligns with project protocols and requirements
- Prepare statistical analysis plans
- Oversee project data collection, management, and analysis
- Coordinate with project teams on data collection and analysis
- Prepare statistical sections of study reports and publications
- Assign and schedule studies and tasks to functional units
- Manage performance of direct reports
- Evaluate staff and manage performance improvement
- Support project financial coordinators
- Promote team development through coaching and mentoring
- Develop and deliver training on document user systems
- Train on document naming and department Quality System processes
- Orient new employees on department processes
