In this role, you will lead a team of Clinical Project Managers across Europe, focusing on staff management, performance evaluation, and resource allocation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring quality work, addressing challenges, and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care
• •Line management experience of Clinical Project Manager
• •Prior clinical trial experience in management/leadership capacity or equivalent
• •In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP and ICH guidelines)
• •Good leadership skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• •Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English
• •Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• •Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• •Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Tasks

• •Manage staff according to organizational policies and regulations
• •Plan, assign, and direct work for team members
• •Assess performance and guide professional development
• •Reward and discipline employees as necessary
• •Address employee relations issues and resolve problems
• •Participate in candidate review and interviewing process for new hires
• •Ensure proper onboarding and training for new employees
• •Provide staff with necessary materials, systems access, and training
• •Oversee execution of training plans and SOP reviews
• •Allocate resources to clinical research projects based on staff experience
• •Manage quality of clinical work through regular reviews and evaluations
• •Identify quality risks and create corrective action plans
• •Ensure staff meet defined workload and quality metrics
• •Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address project challenges
• •Participate in quality or process improvement initiatives
