- Support product sales as technical and domain expert

- Answer product and technical questions from stakeholders
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts
- Conduct customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
- Provide feedback to product management for enhancements
- Share best practices and reusable assets with team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events and trade shows
