- •Experience with Payroll compliance or legislation
- •Ability to work autonomously
- •Ability to travel up to 20%
- •Business fluent English and German or French

- •Analyze and understand client business requirements
- •Configure Workday solutions to meet specific needs
- •Build and demonstrate prototype configurations
- •Support clients through the testing phase
- •Assist clients with legacy data conversion
- •Collaborate on configuring and testing third-party integrations
- •Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology to all engagements
- •Guide clients in adopting proven Workday solutions
- •Mentor and share product expertise with fellow consultants
- •Foster lasting client relationships through successful project delivery
