- Complete Workday Core Finance & Practical Certification training
- Undertake Specialist Certification training within first 6 months
- Collaborate with Data and Integration Consultants on projects
- Gather and understand customer business requirements
- Demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
- Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
- Conduct detailed unit testing of Workday solutions
- Support customers during multiple rounds of testing
- Resolve test issues under guidance of Lead Consultant
- Undertake final deployment activities for customers
- Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support
- Work on at least one full-cycle implementation project in first year
- Build knowledge through additional training and project experiences
- Handle multiple or concurrent projects in second year
