Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or comparable
  • Experience in homologation, type approval, or vehicle regulations
  • Experience with interpretation of vehicle regulations
  • Analytical way of working and interdisciplinary thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good command of English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel

Tasks

  • Coordinate type approval activities with internal development departments and technical services
  • Interpret legal requirements for vehicle type approval
  • Monitor new type approval provisions and changes
  • Prepare for and participate in type approval tests
  • Provide consultancy in the field of CoP
  • Coordinate ISC/ISV activities with internal departments
  • Collaborate closely with HMETC departments, regional headquarters, and the R&D Center in Namyang

  • Bachelor's degree
