Description

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR advisor, guiding senior leaders in driving people strategies and managing change initiatives. Your focus will be on workforce planning, talent management, and mentoring a high-performing HRBP team to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• •Strong background supporting Global Operations
• •Experience in pharma, generics, biotech, or highly regulated industry
• •Proven success leading HR strategy through large-scale transformation
• •Experience in global, matrixed, multi-site organizations
• •Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with executive leaders
• •Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development
