Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background supporting Global Operations
- Experience in pharma, generics, biotech, or highly regulated industry
- Proven success leading HR strategy through large-scale transformation
- Experience in global, matrixed, multi-site organizations
- Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with executive leaders
- Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Strategic and forward-thinking with global perspective

- Strong executive presence and communication
- Effective change leader in complex environments
- Strong ability to prioritize
