- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Bachelor degree in law (e.g., erstes Staatsexamen / Diplom-Jurist / LLM)
- •At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification legal or contract experience
- •Strong drafting skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail
- •Practical knowledge of GDPR and EU regulatory considerations relevant to contracts
- •Comfortable working with international contracts and cross-border transactions

- •Provide guidance on contract terms, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- •Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines
