Requirements

  • •Studies in computer science, informatics, mathematics or comparable training
  • •At least 5 years software development experience
  • •Experience in programming languages C and Java
  • •Excellent knowledge of SQL, especially on DB2
  • •Knowledge in change management of software components
  • •Experience with Jira
  • •Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • •Knowledge of change management tool Endevor
  • •Experience using tools on IBM z/OS mainframe

Tasks

  • •Maintain the DIAS data mapping and conversion application
  • •Develop and maintain mainframe DB2 stored procedure access modules
  • •Maintain and enhance internal Java tools
  • •Support backend change management using Endevor on the mainframe
  • •Verify and execute software packages from offshore developers
  • •Track bugs and defects within Jira
  • •Collaborate closely with IT architects from other teams
  • •Coordinate software rollouts across six weekends annually
