Tasks
- Support business system applications in daily operations
- Identify and document complex technical requirements
- Liaise with customers and departments for solutions
- Analyze and document RiskShield business processes
- Manage and coordinate technical requirements
- Validate and support infrastructure adjustments
- Evaluate requirement feasibility and implementation timelines
- Act as a central contact for projects
- Review and analyze application software
- Perform regular software updates
- Participate in the on-call service rotation
- Coordinate with national and international customers
