- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Guide strategic programs like customer journey mapping
- Document requirements for smooth handoffs to Customer Success
- Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends
- Articulate value within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem
- Share best practices to improve scalable sales processes
- Support marketing initiatives and executive briefings
