- •Scripting or coding experience as plus
- •7+ years pre-sales or sales engineering
- •Experience in technology or telecommunications preferred
- •Proficiency with ServiceNow or enterprise cloud
- •Cross-functional collaboration skills

- •Develop and position industry-specific solutions during sales cycles
- •Partner with ServiceNow Account Executives as a domain expert
- •Lead customer discovery sessions to identify business challenges
- •Deliver value-based product demonstrations for diverse personas
- •Facilitate technical workshops on AI, security, and architecture
- •Build data-driven business cases and ROI calculations
- •Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements
- •Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- •Guide strategic programs like customer journey mapping
- •Document requirements for smooth handoffs to Customer Success
- •Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends
- •Articulate value within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem
- •Share best practices to improve scalable sales processes
- •Support marketing initiatives and executive briefings
