Developing total rewards programs and implementing compensation processes in Workday for a global automotive supplier. 2-3 years HR or consulting experience with compensation & benefits focus required. Profit sharing, home office options, and flexible working hours.
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business, finance, or relevant field
- 2-3 years HR or consulting experience (compensation & benefits focus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Methodological knowledge in compensation & benefits (ideally Mercer methodology)
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Workday experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and German
- Proven project management skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of European labor and tax law is an asset
Tasks
- Develop Magna’s Total Rewards programs and systems
- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarks using market data
- Implement compensation processes in Workday
- Advise and train European HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits
- Administer Employee Equity and Profit Participation Program
- Manage employee communications and vendor relations
- Ensure data quality for equity and profit participation
- Develop and implement new Compensation and Benefits programs
- Support business development with market data
- Collect economic and wage guideline data
- Gather remuneration data for budgeting and salary reviews
