Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business or Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in agency, search firm or corporate setting
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated success developing relationships and meeting new people
- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques using variety of sourcing tools and platforms
Tasks
- Source, screen, and assess qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Plan job fairs and interview days
- Deliver a diverse slate of candidates
- Build relationships with recruiters and HR teams
- Provide data on labor trends and employer brand
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track and report recruitment activity data
- Manage background check and drug-screening processes
- Manage offer processes accurately and efficiently
- Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Participate in special projects
- Abide by all regulations and policies
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
