- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Biomechanics, Physics, or related scientific discipline
- Interest in data analytics, modeling, and virtual simulation techniques
- Desirable experience applying human body models in virtual crash simulations
- Ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desirable interest in child safety, occupant biomechanics, or injury prevention
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to learn
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Support the Director of Industrial Relations Child Safety
- Track regulatory and technical developments in child safety
- Perform data-driven analyses and virtual simulations
- Interpret complex datasets to support regulatory positions
- Provide scientific input to engineering and R&D teams
- Contribute to research for standardization committees
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Support company representation at regulatory meetings
- Present scientific work at conferences and expert forums
