  • •Apply DDA and DIA acquisition strategies
  • •Develop and validate HPLC-MS/MS methods
  • •Fine-tune gradients and quality controls
  • •Maintain and operate LC-MS systems
  • •Analyze datasets using DIA-NN and RStudio
  • •Interpret biological results with Cytoscape
  • •Maintain standard operating procedures
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • •Present results at international conferences
  • •Publish findings in scientific journals
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams
  • •Supervise student theses and diplomas
